In the Sapphire method, microchannels are opened, and then the previously extracted grafts are inserted. In the DHI method, the previously extracted grafts are placed in a special DHI pen and implanted directly into the recipient area without opening any channels beforehand. The Sapphire DHI method combines both techniques, utilizing elements of the Sapphire and DHI methods. This technique is used on both men and women.
